Refund Policy
We at One Week Web are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a professional website promptly within one week. We understand that circumstances change, and we wish to accommodate our customers’ needs within reasonable bounds. Please find below our refund policy outlined based on the nature of services/products purchased:
Website in a Week:
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours and before the commencement of the web development process or add-on services.
- No refunds will be issued once the web development process has started.
Add-On Services:
- Refunds for add-ons such as “Logo and Branding Design,” “Additional Website Pages,” “Website Copywriting,” and “eCommerce Shop” will follow the same refund policy as the “Website in a Week.”
Subscription Services:
- For subscription services like “SEO (3 month minimum)” “Google Ads Management (3 month minimum)” and “Hosting (6 months free)” customers can cancel their subscription at any time outside of the minimum. However, charges for the current billing month will not be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the refund approval.
- Customers will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions:
- Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of One Week Web.
